Purchase and Activation

• The Nashi Argan e-Gift Card can only be purchased on the website: https://nashiargan.com.
• Once purchased, the Nashi Argan e-Gift Card will be activated immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Amount or value

The value of the Nashi Argan e-Gift Card will be freely defined by the Customer up to a maximum amount of Euro 4,999.99 (four thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine/99) in accordance with the anti-money laundering regulations in force from time to time. After each expenditure, the credit will be automatically deducted, with the advantage of being able to use every last cent. The balance of the card used to make purchases will be printed on the cash register receipt each time it is used and can be checked in Nashi Argan Stores and Nashi Salons.

Expiry and Recharge

• The Nashi Argan e-Gift Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless the credit is exhausted before that time.
• After the expiration date the Nashi Argan e-Gift Card will no longer be usable.
• The Nashi Argan e-Gift Card cannot be recharged.

Refund

The Nashi Argan e-Gift Card is neither refundable nor redeemable for cash.
