- WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
The Data Controller is LANDOLL SRL with registered office in Viale Bianca Maria 41 Milan and administrative office in Corso Buenos Aires 54 Milan, (hereinafter the "Company").
- 2. WHICH PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU MAY BE COLLECTED?
The collected Data refer to information generally contained in your Curriculum Vitae.
Furthermore, information may also be collected by checking your references (if such operation is performed) such as membership of any institution, academic background, work history and other information relevant to determining your suitability as a candidate.
In addition to this, the collected data may also include information and images from your profile on professional networks (if applicable), notes taken during interviews, and comments from other parties such as contact persons that may arise during the selection process.
Data may be updated on the basis of publicly available information and/or collected from third parties, and/or directly from you.
The Data that will be acquired will not concern personal beliefs, trade union or political affiliation or political, religious or trade union opinions, sexual orientation, state of pregnancy, disability, ethnic origin, colour, state of health (hereinafter "Special Categories of Data"), as well as facts not relevant to the assessment of your professional aptitude, unless these are characteristics that affect the way in which the job is performed or that constitute an essential and determining requisite for the carrying out of the same and unless such Data have been provided by you during the course of the selection inasmuch as contained in your CV and necessary for the selection itself.
- FOR WHAT PURPOSES MAY YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE USED?
The collection and processing of your data are necessary or instrumental to the performance of the Company's personnel search and selection activities.
Legal basis of the processing:
- Your Data are processed by the Company to implement the selection and/or pre-contractual measures taken at your request, pursuant to article 6.1 letter b) of the GDPR;
- With regard to “special” data (if these are necessary for the purposes of selection), such data are processed in order to comply with legal obligations or to exercise our specific rights in the field of labour law, social security and social protection within the meaning of art. 9.2 kett. B) GDPR.
The provision of Data, including Special Categories of Data to the extent indicated above, pursuant to the applicable data protection legislation, shall be deemed mandatory. Failure to provide the aforementioned data may make it impossible to proceed with the personnel search and selection process and to establish the employment relationship.
- HOW DO WE ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND FOR HOW LONG?
The processing of your Data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may also be carried out by means of automated methods designed to store, manage and transmit them. The processing will be carried out by means of instruments that are suitable and guarantee security and confidentiality through the use of procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorised access, unlawful use and dissemination.
Your data will be kept only for the period necessary for the purposes of personnel selection (for a specific position or even for future positions of potential interest). The Company foresees a periodical check of the Data and the possibility of erasing them if they are no longer necessary for the intended purposes.
In any case, your Data will be kept in the Company's databases for a period of time not exceeding 6 months from the date of acquisition by the Company. Once this retention period has expired, the Data will be erased or made anonymous.
- WITH WHOM CAN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your Data may be accessed by duly authorised employees of the Human Resources department, as well as by external suppliers, if necessary appointed as data processors, who provide support for the provision of services.

- YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS AND YOUR RIGHT TO LODGE COMPLAINTS WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Under certain conditions, you have the right to request from the Company:
- access to the Data concerning you, their rectification or erasure;
- the completion of incomplete Data
- the restriction of processing;
- the receipt of the Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability) and the transmission of such Data to another controller
- the objection in whole or in part to the use of the Data for legitimate reasons.
The exercise of these rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge. Should you exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it will be the responsibility of the Company to verify that you are entitled to exercise them and you will receive a reply, as a rule, within one month.
