Characterized by an imposing façade with spires and pinnacles in different styles (Gothic and Renaissance), it is one of the most beautiful monuments in northern Italy. Inside are 16th and 17th-century tapestries, made in Ferrara, Florence, and Brussels, and 16th-century paintings by Bernardino Luini and Gaudenzio Ferrari Continuing the walk, you will also arrive in a few minutes at the city’s renowned lakeside promenade with its breathtaking views and sophisticated villas to admire.
