Accessibility statement

Landoll s.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 (the “Stanca Law”), as amended by Legislative Decree no. 106 of 10 August 2018, and in compliance with the accessibility principles set out in the Guidelines on the Accessibility of IT Tools issued by AgID.

  1. Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements imposed by Italian and EU legislation, in particular:

  • Law no. 4/2004 (Stanca Law), Article 7, paragraph 2 (exemption due to disproportionate burden);
  • Decree-Law no. 76/2020, converted into Law no. 120/2020, which extends to private providers of services to the public certain obligations already applicable to public administrations;
  • Legislative Decree no. 82/2022, implementing the European Accessibility Act, EU Directive 2019/882;
  • Technical standard EN 301 549, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria as the basis for compliance.
  1. Non-accessible content

As of 24/04/2026, the website presents the following issues, in breach of WCAG 2.1 AA criteria (EN 301 549):

  • 1.1.1 Non-text Content: Some visual content, such as icons or decorative images, does not have appropriate text alternatives.
  • 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: Some structural information, such as relationships between labels and input fields in forms, is not correctly defined in the code.
  • 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): Some text and graphic components do not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
  • 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks: There are no mechanisms to skip directly to the main content, such as a “Skip to content” link.
  • 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context): Some links are not understandable out of context, making navigation difficult for screen reader users.
  • 2.4.7 Focus Visible: Not all elements display a focus indicator.
  • 2.5.3 Label in Name: Some user interface components with labels that include text or images of text do not include the label in their accessible name.
  • 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: Some forms do not provide clear instructions or explicit labels for all fields.
  • 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: Some interface components do not correctly communicate their name, role, or state to screen readers.

The accessibility assessment was carried out through:

  • automated tools, such as IBM Accessibility Checker, WAVE, and Axe DevTools.
